Terms and conditions FAQ
10 questions, answered
Who pays for the calls made through the app?
You do, through your own mobile plan. Section 1 explains that The Auto Dialer dials from the SIM in your device and does not provide telecom connectivity, so your operator bills every call.
Is there a free trial?
A free trial may be offered for a limited time. Section 4 notes that trial accounts can have limits and may be changed or withdrawn at any time, so check the details when the trial is set up.
Can I get a refund on my subscription?
Section 5 says fees are generally non refundable once a billing period has started. If something on our side stops you using the Service, contact us and the situation is looked at individually.
How is the subscription charged?
Per user, for the period agreed at the time of purchase, as section 3 describes. Prices are quoted without applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, so check the quote for the tax line.
What happens if I do not renew?
Access continues until the end of the paid period and then stops, according to section 3. Your lead and call records remain yours, and the privacy policy explains how to request an export.
What kinds of use are not allowed?
Section 6 rules out spam, fraud, harassment and any unlawful calling or messaging, uploading contact data you are not entitled to use, and copying, reselling, reverse engineering or trying to break into the Service.
Can my account be suspended?
Yes. Under section 6 an account that breaches the acceptable use rules, including TRAI rules, Do Not Disturb requirements and consent rules for promotional calls in India, may be suspended.
Who is responsible for the people my team calls?
Your business is. Section 2 makes you responsible for everything done through your account and by the users you add, and section 7 says you are the party responsible for how contacts are approached.
Is there a cap on liability?
Section 9 provides the Service as is and, to the extent the law permits, limits total liability for any claim to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Which law applies to these terms?
