Auto Dialer for Leads That Calls New Enquiries While They Are Fresh

An auto dialer for leads is only as fast as the path from the form to the phone. The Auto Dialer shortens that path and dials each enquiry in turn.

Auto dialer for leads from new enquiries

The Auto Dialer connects to the places enquiries are collected and turns each new row into a lead that a caller can dial. A Google Sheet behind a web form, a REST API from a website or an ad platform, and a custom webhook can all be set as sources; the app checks them in the background on a schedule, maps each column to a built-in or custom field, and applies a country setting per source so numbers dial correctly. Every lead carries a source tag, with nine ready-made tags (ad platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, your website, referrals and walk-ins among them) and room for your own. The practical result: a caller opens the app, filters to "new, website", and starts a session, without anyone exporting, cleaning or forwarding a spreadsheet. Rows that cannot be imported are shown with the reason, so a broken form field is spotted the same day.

Webhook (web CRM) Posted to the account and shared out round-robin Teams splitting enquiries evenly
Excel, CSV or JSON file Imported once as its own list Trade-show sign-ups and one-off batches
WhatsApp chat Turned into a lead with one tap People who message before they call

Auto dialer for leads setup

  1. Add the source: a sheet link, an API address or the webhook for your form.
  2. Map the columns (name, number, interest, your own fields) and pick the country that source dials in.
  3. Preview the accepted and rejected rows, then remove any test entries.
  4. Choose how new leads are assigned, for example round-robin across callers.
  5. Each caller filters to new leads from that source and starts a session.

The sheet route has its own guide, the Google Sheets auto dialer, and tidying a messy file before import is covered in calling a list of numbers.

Auto dialer for leads after the first call

Many fresh leads do not answer the first time. Switch on automatic retries so unanswered numbers are called again after the rest of the list, and set an after-call WhatsApp message so the person sees who rang and why. Leads who answer get a status and a callback time from the after-call sheet, and the reminder then rings like an alarm at that minute. Those who never connect collect under lost leads, ready for another attempt next week. From there, statuses carry each deal forward, the way a sales dialer dials by pipeline stage.

Auto dialer for leads example

Invented, rounded figures to show the workflow; no real customer is described.

A kitchen-renovation firm in Toronto collects about 40 quote requests a week through a web form that writes to a Google Sheet. Its two estimators each receive 20 by round-robin. Every morning each estimator dials the new leads first, then the due follow-ups. Under Canada's rules an inquiry supports calls for 6 months, so the firm keeps the form date on every lead and stops chasing older enquiries that never replied. Firms of this size are the subject of auto dialer for small business; a sole trader runs the same sheet alone, as described under auto dialer for one person.

Auto dialer for leads limits

This is general information, not legal advice.

The import is scheduled, not a live phone ring the instant a form is sent, and the app does not route inbound calls or play a menu. It also cannot make a purchased list behave like enquiries: those are cold calls, with their own rules on dialer use by country. In India, TRAI's September 2026 amendment gives an enquiry made in writing or online a 7-day window for commercial calls, as explained on the India rules page. Teams turning leads into booked meetings can continue with the appointment setter dialer.

Auto dialer for leads FAQ

11 questions, answered

Which auto dialer for leads imports from Google Sheets?

The Auto Dialer connects a Google Sheet, such as the response sheet behind a web form, as a lead source. It checks the sheet in the background on a schedule, maps each column to a lead field and queues the new rows for calling.

Is The Auto Dialer built to dial leads from ads and forms?

Yes. The Auto Dialer was built as an auto dialer for leads that arrive from ad forms, websites, sheets and APIs: each lead keeps its source tag, so a caller can dial only the Facebook leads or only the website enquiries in one session.

How do you call warm leads?

Open by naming what they asked about and when, because a warm lead remembers the form but not your company name. Ask one question about their need, offer one next step, and record the answer before the next call so the follow-up starts where this one ended.

What happens to duplicate numbers in a lead file?

Duplicate numbers are dropped during import and country codes are handled, so a person listed twice is not rung twice in one session. Rows that fail are listed with the exact reason they were skipped, and you can inspect them as lead cards.

Can I dial leads I bought from a list seller?

The app will dial any list, but bought lists are cold calling, not lead follow-up. Most countries put such calls under do-not-call registers and consent rules, and India keeps telemarketing off ordinary mobile numbers. Check the rules for the country you are calling first.

Does the dialer ring a new lead the moment a form is submitted?

No. Sheet and API sources are checked in the background on a schedule, so a fresh enquiry appears in the queue after the next check rather than ringing instantly. A caller then filters to new leads and starts a session. Teams that need a live ring-through on submission need a different kind of system.

How many times should you call a lead before giving up?

There is no universal number; it depends on how the person asked to be contacted and on your local rules. In practice, set auto redial to 1 to 3 retries for the first session, follow with a WhatsApp note, and let numbers that never connect fall into the lost leads list for one later attempt.

How do you follow up with Facebook leads?

Filter the lead list to the Facebook source tag and status “new”, then dial that slice as one session. Ad-form leads often forget they submitted anything, so open with the offer they clicked on. An after-call WhatsApp message tells non-answerers who rang, and a follow-up alarm handles anyone who asks for a later time.

How do you call cold leads differently from warm ones?

A cold lead never asked to hear from you, so the first seconds must explain who you are and why you picked them, and the call is subject to do-not-call and consent rules in most countries. A warm lead already enquired, so you start from their request. The dialer handles both lists, but they need separate scripts.

Can new leads be shared out evenly between callers?

Yes. Leads arriving through a custom webhook or a live sheet on the web CRM can be assigned round-robin, so each caller receives the next enquiry in turn. Every person then works a personal pending queue, and the owner can move any lead to someone else with the transfer history kept.

Can I see which ad source gives leads that convert?

You can compare sources by filtering. Because each lead keeps its source tag, filtering by source and then by status shows, for example, how many Instagram leads reached “won” against how many website leads did. The app does not produce a ready-made source report, so the comparison is done through the filter.
