The reason this product exists
Most dialer software is designed for call centres with headsets, internet telephony lines and a floor manager. A shop owner with three callers, a coaching institute or a property office works differently: the team calls from personal handsets, leads arrive in a spreadsheet, and follow-up depends on memory. The Auto Dialer was made for that second group. It keeps the handset and the SIM they already have and adds the missing parts: a list that dials itself, a record for every lead, and a reminder that rings at the promised time.
