These terms apply to the website theautodialer.com, The Auto Dialer Android application and the related web dashboard (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Auto Dialer is business calling software that dials from the SIM card in your own device and stores lead and call records for your team. We do not provide telecom connectivity; call charges are billed by your mobile operator under your own plan.

2. Accounts

  • You must give correct details and keep your login credentials safe.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account and by the users you add.
  • Accounts are for business use by the organisation that subscribes.

3. Subscription and payment

The Service is sold on a per user subscription basis for the period agreed at the time of purchase. Prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Access continues for the paid period and stops if a renewal is not paid.

4. Trial

A free trial may be offered for a limited time. Trial accounts may have limits and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

5. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non refundable once a billing period has started. If something on our side prevents you from using the Service, contact us and we will look at the situation individually.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment or any unlawful calling or messaging.
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations, including TRAI rules, Do Not Disturb requirements and consent rules for promotional calls and messages in India.
  • Only upload contact data you are entitled to use.
  • Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or attempt to break into the Service.

We may suspend an account that breaches these rules.

7. Your data

Lead and call records created through your account remain yours. We process them to run the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are the party responsible for how those contacts are approached.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network issues, device or operating system changes and third party services may cause interruptions.

9. Liability

The Service is provided on an as is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost business, lost profits, lost data or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the three months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bikaner, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
