This policy explains how The Auto Dialer ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website theautodialer.com, our Android application and the related dashboard (together, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: name, mobile number, business name and email address given at signup or through the enquiry form.
  • Lead data: the contact records you or your team import into the Service, such as names, phone numbers, remarks and statuses.
  • Call activity: number dialled, time, duration, call type and the outcome your telecaller selects. We do not record the audio of your calls.
  • Device and usage data: device model, app version, crash logs and basic usage statistics used to keep the app working.

2. How we use it

  • To provide the dialer, CRM, reminder and reporting features.
  • To show call and lead reports to the account owner and authorised team members.
  • To provide support, onboarding and billing.
  • To fix bugs, prevent misuse and improve the Service.

3. Permissions used by the app

The Android app asks for phone, call log, contacts and notification permissions so it can place calls from your SIM, record the outcome of those calls and remind you about follow-ups. These permissions are used only for the features described here.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example hosting, messaging and payment providers), and only as far as needed. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Your responsibility as the business

The lead data you upload belongs to your business. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those people and for complying with applicable calling and messaging rules, including TRAI regulations and Do Not Disturb requirements in India.

6. Data retention

We keep account and lead data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for a limited period so you can request an export, and is then deleted from our active systems.

7. Security

Access is protected by account logins and role based permissions, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to correct, export or delete your account data by writing to us using the contact details below. Uninstalling the app stops further collection from that device.

9. Children

The Service is meant for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
